Although our Shreveport store may be a little off the beaten path, it is a destination store full of hidden treasures and well worth the trip.

We opened in 1982 as Discount Building Materials, but as we grew and added all our home furnishing products, we knew a name change was overdue. In September of 2010 we transitioned to Southeastern Salvage Home Emporium.

We have worked hard to update the store, adding new lighting and making it a much brighter place to shop. If you haven’t been here in a while, you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how much it has changed. And if you’re discovering us for the first time, get ready for a wild ride.
