Not all of our stores have the exact same merchandise and often colors and styles will vary from store to store. Since many of our products are handmade one-of-a-kind items or buyout deals, they can sell quickly. We always tell customers that if you see something you can’t live without, buy it now because it might not be here if you come back later.

When buying flooring, be sure to have your measurements with you and always buy at least 10% more than you think you’ll need. When flooring is manufactured, color lots vary from lot to lot. Buying that extra 10% will ensure that your color will match in case you need just a little more.

Also be sure to bring your measurements when buying things like Cabinets, Doors, Windows, Furniture, Rugs, even Curtain Rods and Mirrors. That way you know they will fit in your space and you don’t have to worry about whether we’ll still have them if you come back later.

We can help you design your kitchen or bathroom space with our ProKitchen design software. It will show you what cabinets will fit in your space and give you different views of your room. Once you’ve picked out which cabinet style you want, our staff will print a list of exactly which cabinets, trim and accessories you need along with a price quote. When you decide you’re ready to buy, the list makes it easy to order or pull the materials you need.

We try to have similar merchandise in all our stores, but we’ve found that some products sell better in certain parts of the country. When available, we can transfer product from our corporate warehouse or sometimes from another store. A manager or sales associate can give you more details about specific products. We also have some special order merchandise available in our Cabinet, Door, and Rug departments.

So you’re shopping at our store and you see something you can’t live without, but you weren’t planning to buy something that large and you don’t have a vehicle the right size to transport it. If you don’t buy it now, it might not be here when you come back with your vehicle. What do you do? If you go ahead and pay for it, we’ll put it on Will Call and you can come back for it with the right vehicle. You don’t have to worry about someone buying it out from under you because you’ve already paid for it and we’re holding it with your name on it.
